Kids matter deeply at Blackwell Pentecostal Church. Our kids ministry is designed to be a safe, joyful place where children can learn who God is, discover how much they are loved, and begin building a faith that grows with them. Every week, children experience age‑appropriate teaching, meaningful worship, and hands‑on activities that make biblical truth come alive.
We believe faith is formed best in an environment where kids feel welcomed, encouraged, and excited to come back.

What You & Your Child Can Expect
Sunday Morning Games (10:30–11:00 AM)
Every Sunday morning, kids are invited to start their time together with games and fun in the back from 10:30–11:00 AM. This time helps children burn off energy, build friendships, and feel comfortable before transitioning into their lesson and activities.
A Safe and Caring Environment
Your child’s safety is our priority. All kids ministry volunteers are trained and background‑checked, and classrooms are structured to be secure, clean, and well supervised.
Age‑Appropriate Bible Teaching
Lessons are tailored to each age group, helping kids understand the Bible in ways that connect to their everyday lives. Through stories, discussion, and creative activities, children learn foundational truths about Jesus, and how to follow Him.
Worship and Fun
Kids experience joyful worship through music, movement, and interactive elements. Games, crafts, and hands‑on activities keep learning engaging and memorable.
Positive Relationships
Our leaders care about knowing your child by name. We focus on building trust, encouragement, and friendships that help kids feel confident and valued.
Partnering With Parents
We believe parents and caregivers play the most important role in a child’s spiritual growth. Our kids ministry is here to support what is already happening at home by reinforcing biblical values, encouraging prayer, and creating opportunities for faith‑filled conversations beyond Sunday.

Visiting for the first time? We’re here to help make it easy.
Friendly volunteers will help you check in and show you where your child’s classroom is located.
You’re welcome to walk your child to their room and meet the leaders.
We’ll make sure you know how to reach us during service if you’re needed.
Our goal is for both you and your child to feel comfortable, confident, and cared for from the moment you arrive.
